VINTECH CADCAM conducts paid training courses on NESPERT CAM systems:

Extended internet training vr-T2:
Course name: True shape nesting design and NC programming of thermal cutting machines with NESPERT CAM. Duration 24 academic hours.

Standard internet training vr-T1:
Course name: True shape nesting design and NC programming of thermal cutting machines with NESPERT CAM. Duration 15 academic hours.

Facultative internet training vr-T3:
Questions-answers concerning the work with NESPERT CAM systems. Duration up to 6 academic hours.

VINTECH CADCAM issues certificates to all experts who have completed courses vr-T2 or vr-T1.

Courses are held for groups of up to three trainees by Internet.

The training is conducted in pre-approved curriculum. The trainee develops at least one nesting layout with parts from the factory. If possible, the developed NC program is tested on a factory's machine.

Who can conduct a training on NESPERT CAM?

CAM systems training can be conducted by any competent expert – university lecturer, representative of company - machines manufacturer, factory expert, expert.

It is worth taking into consideration, that the system is constantly improving, multiple new functions are added and during the last years the methodology changes are more than significant. This requires the teachers to be at the relevant knowledge level and to be regularly certified by VINTECH CADCAM.

We recommend You to make sure that the teacher conducting the paid training on NESPERT  CAM  is certified by VINTECH CADCAM for the purchased version of the system.

VINTECH CADCAM's expert answers questions, formulated and asked by the user. This is a better solution for those experts who do not have enough time.

Demo NESPERT CAM is a fully functional version developed for acquainting and educating with NESPERT CAM.

The demo version has the functionality of the trade version but it cannot save the results in a file, i.e. this Demo version does not save NC programs, reports, projects and it does not export CAD geometry as well. The functionality for Nesting Orders Database is disabled in Demo NESPERT CAM.

The Demo version opens NESPERT CAM projects.

If the NESPERT rBevel library for bevel cutting and the NESPERT rDrill library for drilling, boring were enabled when saving the project, then the projects cannon be open.

After installation in folder %Program Files%\Vintech\NESPERTCAM\Work\ are added nesting projects, that can be reviewed and the work in them can be repeated. For this purpose they can be restored to their initial state for nesting by deleting the nesting queue and the plates.

Demo NESPERT CAM allows importing and removing parts from the nesting job, changing their quantities, setting custom dimensions of the plate blanks, loading Usable Remnants for nesting, changing cutting parameters, etc.

Demo NESPERT CAM has full built-in geometry import capabilities – from DXF, SVG, ESSI and DSTV, 3DM and in case you have installed TeighaFileConverter of ODA (www.opendesign.com) – from DWG. On-line import from Solid Edge, from KOMPAS-3D and from KOMPAS-Graphic is possible (in case the respective CAD systems are installed).

The installed Demo version includes sample Technological Datasets Bases for laser cutting, for oxy-fuel cutting machines and two types of plasma cutting machines. The data in all datasets can be edited. The functions for saving datasets as XML files are disabled.

Demo NESPERT CAM includes all special functions that are developed for the trade version of NESPERT CAM, including working with multi-parts, processing to the material, processing with common cuts, collision avoidance, circumventing parts with cutting, measuring, etc.

Two groups of NESPERT CAM projects are saved in folder \Program Files\Vintech\DemoNESPERTCAM\work – in metric and in imperial measurement system. The files in metric system of measurement are prefixed with (mm).
